With 22 new customers within 4 months, LearnLinq conquers the Dutch software market. ‘’The simplicity, the usability and the short implementation time of LearnLinq are the key things customers like’’, Jochem Verheul Sales & Marketing manager at LearnLinq.
One of the new features, the Team Progress Dashboard, is especially developed for management and planning assistants.
What is the Smart Dashboard?
Managers are overscheduled. There is barely time to overview the certificates and education requirements which an organization has to have. Reports can solve this issue, but are outdated when you look at it. With the Dashboard of LearnLinq you have a real-time overview in the progress, the results and the abilities of your team.
But, what makes it ‘’Smart’’?
The Dashboard of LearnLinq has been built completely interactive. Just click on the information you need. For example: With just one simple click in the yellow part of the ‘’donut’’, LearnLinq directly generates all the team members of who the qualification or education have expired. Or do you want to know who failed for a specific training. Just click on the red part of the donut.
But there is more! With the search bar at the top of the dashboard, managers or planning assistants are able to generate all the possible overviews they want. Search on persons, training, learning tools, functions, locations or departments. Even combinations are possible. So if you, as a manager, want to see the progress of your employees at location Rotterdam. Just two simple search commands and LearnLinq shows you a real time overview in the data. That makes people happy, right?
